It is an off limit island and privately owned by an entirely Native Hawaiian population. Only family members of the owners can have access to the island where tourism or sightseeing is limited to helicopter, ATV and hunting excursions from Kauai. A gracious invitation to set foot on this island is one rare and exclusive privilege.
